@This is the Warsaw
Philharmonic Hall that Chopinfs Competition is held.
Pianists aspire there. And we recorded
here.
We
arrived in Warsaw of severe cold, but there was a little snow. We were
disappointed.
I heard there was
so much snow one week ago, then it rained and thawed
out.
It was good timing. But it was cold.
Warsaw is the
modern city with few European atmosphere.
Left building is
the Cultural Palace. We found such a crosswalk near here. ¨
Recording
place is the Warsaw Philharmonic Hall this time.
All
pianist aspires and Chopinfs Competition is held
there.
The
hall stands on the corner, is surrounded with buildings,
and is not be
found at a glance.
Front¨We could see the statue such as Chopin upward from a little
distance.
We
nearly passed cause we imaged like Wiener Musikverein.
Oh,
thatfs it! We found the signboard at last.
@The
construction of this hall is very classical and dignified.
The
pipe organ in front is also fantastic.
The
ceiling and the wall are plaster. Gorgeous chandelier is suspended.
Rails,
floor and frame of seat are all made of wood of chestnut color.
And
they are polished until they shine.
Above all, the antechamber
for conductor that I was sent is wonderful.
Many famous musicians
must have been sent here.
@Let me introduce
the staff that cooperated with me for recording.
Left
: Mr. Sasin and Ms. Nagorko of CD Accord.
And our engineer Mr. Teruo Murakami.
Right
: Deputy director of the Orchestra Mr. Nowak
and inspector Mr. Boniecki.
And our director Ms. Kitagawa in negotiation with them.
@
The program has gthe
Firebirdh and gRomeo and Julieth this time.
The former needs
skill of ensemble and the latter needs expression with much feeling.
They fulfilled both of them marvelously.
We were surprised
by the large drum that appeared from the middle stage of recording!
It was so powerful and shocking sound that I could use definitively.
Could it be
recorded?
After recording,
it was snow scene outside. Snow is suitable for Warsaw.
